Issues recording a presenter

We have had two Webex recording sessions where we have been the host and have been recording.  The issue is there was a presenter who we were recording.  We could see the slides or programs they were presenting but in the video it only shows their initials as they were speaking.

What are we doing wrong?  Are we recording the wrong screen?

Login to webex account via browser:

Goto Preferences,  Recording and check what the setting is.   It may be configured to not record video window.
