On my webex admin site I have selected the options that require a user to enter the meeting password in order to join a meeting. The options are Enforce meeting password when joining by phone and Enforce meeting password when joining from video conferencing systems. However when a user tries to join the meeting they're able to join it without entering the password, any ideas on how I can solve this? Below is a screenshot of the options I have selected.
