After the move, calling the number you would get the "your call cannot be completed as dialed" message. I've since moved it back to the original location.
A little background...The number was originally ported over to our Dallas location and I had it assigned to a CallQ that covered several locations across the state. I've since been informned that the number should have been the main number to our Ft Worth location.
I unassigned the number from CallQ, moved it to the FW location, then assigned it to the FW hunt group. Thats when the problem started. Ive since tried to move it back the way it was and it still fails.
Any ideas?
