NBR Recording Failed email

I'm the Control Hub Admin for our organization and I received an email with the following information today.  I am unable to find any information about what needs to be done when the Problem Description is generated.  The user is still in the meeting and CH shows the meeting is being recorded.  I just need to confirm that there won't be any problem with his recording once the meeting is completed.

 

The following session was set up to be automatically recorded, but the recording failed:

Site ID: xxxxxxx
Meeting ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Meeting Name: 8th Grade Science
Host ID: xxxxxxxxx
Host Name: RXXXX PXXXXX
Problem Description: NBR session created failed because CB had exceptions.

Has anyone everyone run across this issue before or have any information on what is meant by "CB had exceptions?"
