With a personal conference account in Webex we provide our clients with an attendee access code. At times we're only playing content for them to listen to and would like to set all callers to 'listen only'. I know we can mute all participants, but they still have the ability to unmute themselves.
Is there a way to set the callers to only be in 'listen mode' with no option at all to speak? I know it defeats the collaboration purpose, but this has it's use case in our organization.

Webex Training or Webex Events does this.

In a personal conference audio only call, if you mute everyone using ##, it then denies the ability for any caller to unmute themselves using the *6 feature. This essentially creates a 'listen only' mode conference. This seems contrary to the Webex documentation but I tested it several times and this is the behavior.
