Philippines is NOT on the list of address upon upgrading WEBEX ACCT

Dear CISCO WEBEX Help Community,

 

We have a basic account on Webex and we wanted to upgrade our Webex Account. 

We're on the process of upgrading our account, however, we cannot find PHILIPPINES on the list of the country, what should we do? . Please see attached: 


After many attempts on contacting customer service and opening a case, we still have not received a solution or recommendation on this. 


Hoping for your assistance. Thank you in advance.

What is the specific product you want to upgrade? Webex (Meetings and Webex) and Webex Calling is available in Philippines as you can see in the following article:
