Private Meeting Within a Public Meeting w/ Webex?

Hello,

I am looking for advice on whether there is a way to have a private meeting within a larger public meeting in Webex. The context for this is a legislative hearing. The main legislative hearing would be recorded and all legislators would be able to see and hear what is taking place. During the main legislative hearing there is an occasional need to have a private discussion among a smaller group of legislators.

The smaller meeting basically constitutes a "time out" from the larger meeting to settle a particular issue. During this time we need to find a way for a small subset of legislators to have a private conversation among themselves that is not recorded or available to be heard by others participating in the main legislative hearing.

Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.
