"Desktop App Upgrade" options not available in FebRAMP Webex Subscription.

There is no "Desktop App Upgrade" option on my FedRAMP Webex subscription. How can we get this option added under Webex Site Administration==>Common Site Settings==>Desktop App Upgrade

We really need this option to upgrade our clients automatically.

I have following information on Webex Site Administration and I am one of the administrator for the site.

Site Type: Enterprise Site

Page Version: 41.5.7.13

and Desktop App Version: 41.5.7.11

Current Desktop App Channel: Latest Channel

My only concern on this post, if we already have "Latest Channel" for desktop app channel, can we switch for "Slow Channel"? 

We would like to control Client auto updates push based on Shim (Current Shim version 41.4.4) we use.
