Schedule simultaneous meetings with API

Hi 

I was able to schedule simultaneous meetings using webex API found here. https://developer.cisco.com/docs/webex-xml-api-reference-guide/#!meeting-service-overview . I invited multiple users to this meeting and they were able to start the meeting without the host myself joining (expected since I had set joinBeforeHost)

According to webex documentation found here https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX72012/Can-I-Host-Two-Meetings-at-the-Same-Time-with-the-Same-Login#:~:text=If%20you%20need%20to%20have,need%20five%20host%20account%20licenses.

It's not possible to have simultaneous meetings under same host account. 

Please let me know if its a bug in system or has anything changed?
