Many people have no problem. Some people have a problem.
By logging in to webex from chrome and scheduling
You can see the scheduling status from chrome,
It is not even displayed in the app.
Does anyone know the solution?

We use both the app and browser for managing meetings in our company. The default browser is Chrome but others are used as well. We have not had any users indicate they are having problems with scheduling in the app or browser. I would recommend checking that they are on the latest version of the app and if the issue continues, either post back in this space with more specific version info and screenshots or open a support case with Cisco.
