Slow Channel Patch 40.6.10?

Hello,

on our WebEx Administration I see an available Slow Channel patch 40.6.10.

If i click the link "Release Notes" I get the Release Notes for the Latest Channel... not very helpfull if you are in Slow Channel...

Ok so I asked google for the Release Notes of Slow Channel and found the correct page --> https://help.webex.com/en-us/n5rdoxq/What-s-New-for-the-Slow-Channel-of-Cisco-Webex-Meetings

But there are also only Informations for 40.6.8.

Is there a any descirption whats new or what has been fixed with patch 40.6.10?
