Space moderator

Hello everyone, I am having difficulties with Webex Teams ... I cannot add an email address as a space moderator, however this address is one of the administrators of my site. Can you help me please ?

@Daniel17 , what is the error message you get when you try to add this user to a space, or when you try to make him/her moderator?
