Telehealth

Hello

We have providers interested in using webex, however they have multiple staff scheduling telehealth visits for them.  If one staff schedules on behalf of the provider, the other staff is unable to edit the telehealth 'meeting" appointment.  All staff email addresses are under the provider's preferences.  Is there something else they can do so they each can edit the telehealth "meeting" appointment?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

If I understand your question, the meeting host (doctor) has multiple delegates (scheduling agents), and you need any delegate to be able to edit or delete any meeting set by another delegate.

Have you set the edit permissions for the delegates as specified in

or

Are you using Outlook, or just the Webex Meetings app?

yes, all set in permissions (we are not using the Outlook scheduling).  Is there something else we need to do?
