This tip of the week is brought to you by David Scott, one of our excellent Technical Marketing Engineers. The User Synchronization tool is a new tool in Webex Calling. It allows for the synchronization of users within CUCM to Webex Control Hub. This is an alternative way to sync contacts from CUCM to Webex Calling without the need for a Directory Connector or a manual import via CSV file.
