Toll Free Call in options to meeting attendees

Hello,

I am new to Webex and this may be a very basic question - do attendees get charged for calling in to a meeting? Is there a toll-free number to use so they don't get charged?

Attendees pay the cost for the call (on their providers network), to reach the number advertised for callin from Webex.
Toll free numbers are available for certain countries but this depends on the Webex plan that is purchased by the customer from Cisco.
