Transcript

Hi, I have a customer in the medical field that needs to activate the transcript or the Close Caption feature , I went to the Control Hub and went through the procedures to activate the feature but there are some prompts that do not come up. I also tried to open a case with the CSM team but I get the following message, can someone shed some light.

The closed caption option can be set by following this doc: https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX47352/How-Do-I-Enable-Closed-Captions
Note this is a manual CC option, so if you need an automated CC option, please look into the Webex Assistant which is an incredible add on AI package which will give you the automatic closed caption and so much more.
