Turnoff the update button in Windows Webex desktop app?

FEDRAMP Version - Users reporting that the Webex app automatically starts to update. App starts to update and after a minute or two fails and informs users to contact their administrator.  Is there a way to turnoff automatic updates and the update button in the app?

The following describes the cadence feature, but I cannot find the area mentioned in control hub.

I am on the commercial version.  If I go to Control Hub, then Management, and then Organization Settings, the 'Software updates for Webex app' section is listed toward the bottom.  I don't know if this is different with the FedRAMP version.
