Uploaded photo to the Webex application has a very poor quality

Profile Picture in Webex is blurry and looks like low quality, the picture used for it has a good resolution, so it should look ok.

Hello R.Ranjan, 

I am pretty sure you would have tried these but would like to verify. 

 

1. Have you tried another picture of the same quality, size and check if it behaves the same?

2. Have you tried another format? The supported formats are as follow: .jpg, .png, .gif, or .bmp.

3. Is the file under 10MB? The file has to be under 10 MB for desktop and 1 MB for mobile, and should ideally be a square image. Webex App resizes your file to use in Webex App.

If your picture doesn't change for you, it could be the file size. Or, your picture may be set through your organization's directory and you'll need to contact your administrator to change it.

If other people don't see your changed picture, it's probably down to the local caching on their apps, the change can take up to four hours to show for other users.
