Was just prompted to upgrade and then was assigned a new url - how can I change that url?

I have my own one person business and have had my own webex account for years which just used the basic meetings.webex.com url.  Just now I was prompted to upgrade webex and was assigned a personal url that includes the long version of my business name (including the "inc") which I never use.  How can I get that changed so that it is shorter and something that is actually familiar to my clients?  During the upgrade, it seemed to give me that option but it rejected any url I provided until I selected the option which was pre-prescribed.

I had a same problem and changed the site URL following the instruction.

If you have a configuration change like that, its best to get a hold of TAC to determine the cause and see if any change that potentially was made can be reverted.
