Webex App - Meetings with Citrix

Hello,

we are testing the Webex App on Citrix. All functions are working, but in our non persistant environment its "updating" every morning when i start a Meeting. Like i see the Webex App needs the Webex Meetings app, am i right there?

If yes, may our problem is solving, when we install Webex Meetings in our VDI Environment?

Otherway... Will there be a version of the Webex App which doesnt need to download the meetings app in a other path?

Non-Persistent Environments are, as the name suggests, non-persistent. That means once you log off, everything is reset to before you logged in. This is a great security feature, because viruses that infect your system just get deleted when you log off.

But that also means that the Webex Update gets deleted everytime you log off as well. Try to have an administrator update Webex on the template that is shared with you.
