Hi there,
We're in the early stages of implementing Webex Meetings at the company I work for, and have run into a small problem. When we schedule a meeting with the default template, the format of the number goes out to join via audio is:
tel:<number>,,*01*<Meeting ID>##*01*
As of today it seems that this dial string no longer works and we're not sure what was changed to make it fail with incorrect password (which is the error we now get). If we remove the first *01* from the string, it seems to connect OK (aka tel:<number>,,<Meeting ID>##*01*). That said, I'm not sure what purpose that first *01* serves, and what might have been changed to now make it fail the call. Can any provide some pointers? I'm guessing that perhaps a setting needs to be re-enabled to make it relevant.
Thanks in advance,
Rob
