Not sure of the exact issue you're having but if they were scheduled in the Webex web portal, you should be able to find them in your meeting list. You'll have to set the date search to the year 2031 to see them. If they were scheduled through a different portal (Outllook, LMS, etc.), you'll need to go to that program to update the date.
