Greetings, does Control Hub have the ability to send troubleshooting metrics (latency, jitter, packet loss, etc) via an API/webhook?

Nope, you may only utilize the reports api if there is a report fitting to your needs..

There is also the Meetings Quality API: https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/meeting-qualities
