Webex hub - MS teams CVI

Hi,

Is there a way to know which webex organization a MS tenant ID is linked to? We are trying to setup video integration on our hub but it it seems that our MS tenant ID is linked to a different organization and unfortunately TAC can’t do a massive search.

Hello @Mark ,

If I'm understanding correctly you are trying to check from MS Teams if CVI is already configured? If so, you will need to run the following PowerShell command:

Get-CsVideoInteropServiceProvider

Refer to:

The TenantKey/Video Address will tell you which Webex Organization is using the integration.
