Webex for Linux not syncing messages and spaces

I installed Webex for Linux on my Ubuntu machine using the .deb package on release day. Everything was working perfectly.

After about a week, I added my pc to our domain and had to clone my local profile to my domain profile. I also may have had the account logged in while changing DNS servers on the machine, causing a loss of internet. Since then, I have not been able to see any of my spaces or personal message threads. It seems like it creates a different account in my organization.

On windows desktop client, the web client (on both windows and Ubuntu), and the iOS app, the threads and spaces show as expected.

Our one other Ubuntu user has not had these issues.

I have tried changing the password, uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting database, killing all sessions and logging in again.

Anyone have any ideas for fixing this?
