How to solve a problem with the windows system keyboard layout (polish programmer)

To type correctly in Polish with this keyboard layout if this causes problems with switching off, disconnecting or switching windows in webex meeting

You can find a description of the keyboard signals on Wikipedia under AlyGr https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AltGr_key#Poland.
remembering that AltGr is sending ALT+CTRL

and that is why my question on how to switch off shortcuts

Hi Jochrymowicz,

I found this open defect,  the workaround for now is to use "Character Map" application at Windows
