Hi Team,
Our customer has detected problems when doing webex version 40.11.4.15 sessions, when they do a meeting the camera does not work or the user at the other end does not see the participant.
Reviewing the topic, they have detected that if they deactivate the option "Hardware acceleration for video" it works correctly.
We have reviewed it on another PC and we see that this option does not appear.
Is it normal? This is because the software analyzes the hardware and determines what parameters should be shown in the advanced options?
