webex message is not going away as it is unable to send it

i canT delete the message and it is not going away after multiple attempts of reset and from last 4 days showing up sending status only but no other option available to do any action on messages.

Is this happening from the app or via web as well?

Have you checked if there are no connection problems in your network towards the Webex Cloud?
