Webex Queue report issue

Hi all, when running Webex queue report for a particular site, I am getting different result in comparison to the supervisor at that site. I have access to all sites but supervisor only for their site. Same report, same date selected. We have agents from another site answering calls from this queue after a period of three minutes. Overall, regardless of level of access, the queue data should be the same. Anyone come across this before?
