Webex recording issue

Hi,

I have recently enabled the recording option in webex after the mandatory training accomplishment. I wanted to play with the system before recording a live meeting to anticipate any issues...

Thus I simulated a webex with recording option, shared the screen  and run a video on the shared screen and hit the recorder. The video is ok...but I cannot hear any audio. I though it was because I was not speaking to the microphone, however I would have to give presentations where I both talk and then play a demo, thus the final recording should be able to record also the voice when let's say the PC is talking...

What I did wrong?

Did you enable the Optimize for motion and video mode and make sure the Share your computer audio check box checked?
