We have been up and running with Webex for the past 12 months on Control Hub. We have enabled SSO with DUO for our account/users. We are now in the implementation phase of Salesforce/Pardot. When we go to configure the Pardot Webex connector we are getting a password failure error. Upon research Salesforce and Pardot keep directing us to the following statement:

You run into an incorrect user or password error when verifying the WebEx connector even though the login credentials are correct. Most likely the reason is because the connector is trying to use Single Sign On (SSO) login credentials for WebEx. The Pardot WebEx connector integrates directly with the WebEx API. Therefore, Pardot is calling WebEx API and looking for the credentials input in to the connector. If you have input SSO credentials, those credentials don't technically "exist" within WebEx, which causes the verification to fail. |
In order to resolve this issue, you will need to work with your SSO provider and WebEx support to determine how you can acquire a user with non-SSO login credentials. |
We have reached out to TAC but have not been able to find a solution to this. Has anyone been able to setup the Pardot connector to Webex when you are using SSO in Webex?
