webex teams: Availability/Status of users lost after updating to 40.11.0.17133

Webex Teams showed a green circular arrow on the left and said an update was available. Applied it and it took a few seconds.

Now don't see the availability or status of any other users (and they may not see mine.)

Help about shows the version as 40.11.0.17133.

Running on windows 10.

Since arround 30 Minutes the status is back on my client. Maybe you check at your end as well if it is working there.

Hey DR27784,

 

Wow, you're right. At first, didn't see anything. Then I fully exited out of Webex Teams and restarted it and now I see user activity updates.

 

Interesting, thanks!

 

It must have been a problem on their back end then as I didn't change anything. Shocking that they didn't see it in their testing unless it's just an edge case that we fell into.

 

I opened a ticket too after nobody responded here. They had me do a few things which didn't help but haven't heard from them since.

I have open a TAC Case for this and currently it looks like that this is an Problem of this Version. I waiting for Updates when this issue will be resolved.
