Webex Teams - presence status not shared between claimed and freemium (not claimed) accounts.

In our company we have many Webex Teams users claimed by organization. But also many users register themselves with their company mail address as freemium users. Problem is that claimed users do not see status (active, away,...) of freemium users. And free users do not see status of those claimed.

Is claim only solution or can this be fixed another way.
