Webex traffic flow

I would like to understand how to create a media flow that is always local on devices that are registered to webex.

as far as I understand it Video Mesh node provides this functionality only when more than two endpoints are connected.

I need a way to make all media traffic flow locally

how would this be done?

The webex registered device sends media to the cloud.

But a single video unit calling say someone@domain.com will use the Webex cloud - signalling and media will go out to the cloud.
