I would like my internal Helpdesk team fully trained in supporting WebEx. Can someone please guide me on where to find Webex training materials on the Cisco website. I would also appreciate information from any other source.

I would suggest also reaching out to see what over training may be available, as Webex has different offerings from Basic, Enhanced, to Premium where you can get access to a variety of other resources and people to enable your team for success!
