WebEx Training: recorded session prompts for password but no password provided any more

Some of the older recordings no longer show the password needed to access.  Normally in the screen shot below, it showed the password and clicking Copy would put in on the clipboard to paste when asked for.   Then you could click View Recording and paste it.  It no longer appears in 2 older recorded sessions.  Clicking copy does not add anything to clipboard but it does allow for clicking View Recording after that.  Then we get prompted for the password in next screen and it is not known and not in clipboard.

 

I am the instructor and would like to recover the password or REMOVE the password option.  Seems silly to as for a password that is shown but guessing it is stored in our Canvas learning management system for accessing in the Cisco WebEx system.

 

Does anyone know how to access ??  Thanks matt prugh
