2 users sharing a phone but not phone numbers

Can you have a business phone with 2 primary numbers?

We have 2 users who swap locations every couple of days.

There is one phone on each of the desks and they want to share the phone.  

Can I put 2 direct numbers on a phone AND the 2 end users can pick which line to dial out from?

You have a "dumb" phone and a user may register to that phone if he's at that specific desk. All his device related settings will be pushed there and he's reachable at that phone. When he's finished, he logs out again and another user may use the device.
