Hi everybody,
I have the setup that a customer is using the Cisco Callmanger as Incoming Phone Gateway and the Webex Client will be used as SoftPhone solution. When a call goes/comes external via the Call Manager the calls can be done normal and will be shown in the call history section of the WebEx Client. When the User starts the WebEx Client the next day, only the WebEx internal calls in the call history are visible. Every call through the Call Manager disappered in the Call History.
How can I make these calls also make visible in the WebEx client?

Maybe for somebody else is that information also useful. I could find the some detailed information.
On Windows systems you will find under the folder
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\CiscoSpark
an additional folder with a a long numeric name.
In this folder a spark_persistent_store.db and spark_roaming_sotre.db.
Within these db the call history will be stored.
In a VDI environment my customer didn´t saved the entire CiscoSpark folder in the profile of a user. So with every logoff from the users the files files "spark_persistent_store.db" and "spark_roaming_sotre.db" were deleted and with the next login of the user, the call history in the WebEx App were empty.
