Call Queue Stats

Hello.

I'm doing statistics on call queues.

I can see the call abandonment rate.

A user asks me if it's possible to see the average wait time before abandonment.

We do have the overall average wait time for calls in the queue, but I don't see any indicator for the average time before abandonment.

 

All indicators on queue !

What is difference beetween

Avg Hold Time
Avg Wait Time
