Currently migrating to Webex Calling. We have approximately 70 users migrated and using Local Gateway to integrate Webex Calling with on prem users. We have an issue with calls dialed from the directory on a Webex Mini not ringing the on prem users desk phone. It does ring the Webex App on the PC. I did notice for the synced user profiles in Control Hub the Cisco Webex SIP address is not populated for those users that are still on prem. We are using the Cisco Directory Connector to sync users from Active Directory. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
