Hi,
I was looking at the stats from Control Hub for calls to and from PSTN. The calls consistently report "high receive latency" on our call leg, with latency between 791 and 794ms. Switching recording off removes that high latency and greatly improves call quality.
Has anyone else found this, or even better found a way round it?
I was testing to see if you can get the same improvement by pausing recording, but the results were inconclusive at least in part because Control Hub only gives a latency figure for the whole call, presumably the worst.
