Cannot See Device Extension While on Active Call

Attached is a snapshot of an 8811 device while on an active call.  The active call screen covers up the extension information, thereby no allowing a caller to know what extension they are calling from.

This became important when one of our employees made a 911 call in our break room.  And when asked by the 911 operator to verify what number they were calling from, could not because it was covered up.

Our work around is to apply physical extension labels on the phone, but this is not an ideal solution.  I think Cisco needs to rethink the call displays so that the device extension is visible at all times in all states if that is a desire.
