Do port use encrypted connections? I.e. Are they secure?

It specified ports 69 and 6970 which are used for TFTP. By default TFTP is not encrypted and I have a security concern. 

Does the CISCO Webex server enforce encryption on these ports?

Port 69 is not listed in the document. Port 6970 is listed but for tcp, ie. TFTP is not used either.

Cisco does use encryption wherever it is possible as data privacy is a huge concern. So the firmware updates, configuration settings, call data, etc. will not be sent plain over the network/internet.
