Routinely manage UCM systems but I'm new to Webex Calling. Is there a way to configure the softkey templates, or re-arrange the softkeys in any fashion? I have been digging around and can't seem to find anything. Customer is coming from a CME system and really dislikes the order (and inclusion) of some of the softkeys on Webex Calling.

You can just rearrange the order of the monitored lines for the user. They will always start below your primary/shred line keys. Keeping places empty in between is not possible.
Chaning the location of the answer/call pickup/cf etc keys is not possible.

Yeah the answer/pickup/etc is exactly what they want re-arranged. Is this something that may be implemented at some point?
