We are migrating a customer from Broadworks to Webex Calling Multi-tenant. The customer currently uses the Webex app to register its softphone to Broadworks. We need to convert the users to using Webex Calling (Control Hub) instead. I am not finding any instructions on how to do this through Control Hub. I saw the migration wizard but it looks like you need a full export from Broadworks to use that and we do not have that. Is anyone familiar with this process?
