I can not take control of a user with whom we are in call with the new update, how can I enable it?

Have you checked if remote control is allowed in CH for your org?

Check Services->Calling->Client Preferences->Settings->In-Call experiences

I already checked from the administration console and it is enabled, but when we enter a call and someone shares, they cannot give up control or from my side I cannot request it, this was after the upgrade that Webex had
