We have recently migrated to Webex. Our office uses Yealink T42S deskphones for VOIP calls. When using Webex on Windows 10 to make an outgoing call (outside office) through the linked deskphone, it does not call the choosen number but always keep on calling the deskphone. In reality the outgoing number is not called because the deskphone rings and considers an incoming call (from the PC). But afterwards the deskphone mentions its in its logbook the choosen number as an outgoing call despite there has been no call.
Resetting the deskphone didn't help. Not all deskphones/webex users in the office face this problem. Some do, others don't.
What settings did we wrong ?
