Webex Calling: Call Pickup Groups

Just checking if anybody else has noticed this issue.

Since the Pickup Groups hve been redesigned to include notification options, I have discovered the following:
1. Initially it wouldn't work at all because Notifications > Calls  > Call Pickup > Mute Notifications was checked by default in the Webex app.  After un-muting in the Webex app and setting the groups in CH to AUDIO and Visual, alerts started working.

2. Users began complaining that the audio alert was annoying, so groups were set to Visual Only.  This resulted in the setting being ignored and the Audio and Visual alert continued, despite being set to Visual Only.

3. Setting notifications back to None has resulted in Audio and Visual alerts still alerting users.

4. The only way to stop the alerts has been to mute them once again in Webex app.

To be honest, this is not unusual for Webex Calling to have bugs.  I am just sick and tired of Cisco expecting me to jump through hoops for these types of bugs, doing their testing and reporting for them.  I am not going to log any more TAC cases for their bugs.
