Webex Calling questions

Hello Team,

I have few questions about Webex calling:

  • Can scheduling apply on hunt group? My client just need incoming main line do the time check before ringing hunt group how can I achieve this without apply auto attendant?
  • If I want to create after hour voicemail box how to create it? need to add a NEW user?

Yes, you can configure selective call forwarding from the HG which can leverage scheduling. Using this method you can send calls straight to VM for out of hours (or whatever way you would like it to work

From what I can see you need to use the autoattendant for time of day routing.

Yes, you associate  after hour voicemail box with a user.
