we got queries from customer below, does anyone know which team could support? Thanks in advance.
"customer is currently migrating from Call Manager to Webex Calling
They have two pilot sites on Webex Calling and would like to enable Okta SSO, and sync users from Okta as well via SCIM
As part of their change process, they need to test this configuration first in a sandbox
I created a trial organization (e284e06d-ae33-4d0e-bb0c-a4d2e5c052c4) however noticed it does not have the 'Control Hub Pro-Pack' like their production tenant, customer is looking for a prompt resolution here to continue their integration testing"

Pro Pack is not required to configure Single Sign-On or use the SCIM 2.0 APIs. The Global Collaboration Sales Toolbox sandboxes can be provisioned with Pro Pack though if needed. The public support communities are not the appropriate venue for this discussion however.
